2) Types of Data Collected
- Contact Form (quotation request): first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), free-text message.

3) Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
3.1 Contact Form (quotation request)
- Purpose: to respond to information requests and provide quotations.

- Consequence of not providing data: inability to process the request.
3.2 Job Application Form
- Purpose: to assess unsolicited applications and manage recruitment processes.

- Special categories of data: any data under Art. 9 GDPR will be processed only if provided voluntarily and within the limits of relevance to the application.

4) Processing Methods
Data is processed using electronic tools and, where necessary, on paper, applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. No decisions are made based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
5) Data Retention Period
- Contact Form data: stored for up to 12 months from receipt, unless further correspondence is required to establish a contractual relationship.
- Job Application Form data (CV and applications): stored for up to 12 months for potential future positions, unless otherwise requested by the data subject.
After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized, unless further storage is required by law.
6) Data Recipients
